Sorting of airports with Fuzzy DEMATEL and MABAC

چکیده
Havayolu ulaşımı, diğer ulaşım alternatiflerine göre hızlı, güvenilir ve konforlu olduğu için insanlar tarafından gün geçtikçe daha çok tercih edilmektedir. Ülkemizde havayolu ile ulaşımın yaygınlaşmasına paralel olarak havalimanı sayısında artış olmuş, mevcut havalimanlarının kapasiteleri genişletilmiştir. ulaşımına talebin artmasıyla hizmetleri performansları da önemli hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de aktif faaliyet gösteren 52 adet havalimanının Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada, Devlet Hava Meydanları İşletmesi’nin havalimanlarına ilişkin 2019 yılına ait verileri analiz edilmiştir. Havalimanlarının performanslarının değerlendirilmesinde; havalimanına inen kalkan “toplam uçak sayısı”, havalimanını kullanarak seyahat eden “yolcu kullanan “ticari havalimanında işlem gören “Yük” miktarı kriterleri olmak üzere 4 kriter baz alınmıştır. Kriterlerin ağırlıkları Bulanık DEMATEL yöntemiyle bulunmuş, en kriterin sayısı” kriteri tespit ise MABAC sıralanmıştır. Yapılan sıralama sonucunda İstanbul’da ilk 3 sırada yer aldığı görülmüştür. Analizler Excel paket programıyla yapılmıştır.
